3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments for inspections or service can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person.
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or material
availability.
4. Estimates & Payments
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be detailed in your project contract. We accept cash, checks, and most major
credit/debit cards. Late payments may result in interest charges or delays in project completion.

All work is performed according to industry standards and applicable regulations. Specific warranty
terms for labor and materials will be provided in your written service agreement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or other factors outside
our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sani Roofing & Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid
by you for the specific service involved.
8. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to decline service if the worksite is unsafe, access is restricted, or if a client
engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior.
